Managing expectations

We seek to manufacture a well-designed and high quality precision product.   

If there is an issue with the product, please contact the retailer. 

However: 

  • We frequently encounter gear that has not been kept clean, or well-maintained or has been damaged.  In all circumstances we reserve the right to decide whether or not to undertake repairs.  An assessment fee may be applied in addition to the cost of repair, if undertaken. 
  • As noted on the FAQ page, we do not undertake customisation or gunsmithing services.  We will not respond to requests or enquiries in relation to those services.  If the requested service is unlawful it will be reported to the relevant authorities. 
  • Time is money.  Idle enquiries, phone calls, persistent follow ups and special expectations consume my time and are unwelcome.  We reserve the right to determine who we sell to and who we deal with.  Please be mindful that if you transgress we will terminate all future contact.
